
LEGOLAND Resort has recently held its groundbreaking ceremony in Shenzhen

Following the opening of Shanghai Disneyland Resort and Beijing
Universal Studios, the two most popular theme parks in China, the world’s
largest LEGOLAND Resort has recently held its groundbreaking ceremony in
Shenzhen, China. Century 3 was selected by all of
the three theme park clients to provide EPCM/project management services for
the mentioned resorts.
Located on the Dapeng region, on the eastern edge of
Shenzhen, the LEGOLAND Shenzhen Resort will be the world’s biggest LEGO theme
park catering for visitors looking to experience the magic of LEGO for multi-day
breaks with several themed areas. Slated to open in 2024, the resort covers an
area of approximately 580,000 square meters with a total project investment expected
to be over 7 billion RMB.
After successful delivery of services to Shanghai Disneyland Resort and Beijing Universal Studios, LEGOLAND has awarded Century 3 with EPCM service contract for its Shenzhen resort project, as well as another two properties in Chengdu and Shanghai.
